Deliveries

UNLIKE MOST ONLINE COMPANIES WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL FOR YOUR PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE BASED ON A LIST OF DATES AFTER YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY FOR DESPATCH WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER SO YOU CAN CHOOSE A DAY THAT SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY.
FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO SELECT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS EXAMPLE A NEIGHBOUR IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN AT THE TIME A DELIVERY IS DUE TO TAKE PLACE. 

DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BY OUR DESIGNATED COURIER WHO WILL DELIVER TUESDAY - FRIDAY USUALLY BEFORE 12 NOON AND MOSTLY BEFORE 10AM, AT AN ADDITIONAL COST 9AM DELIVERIES AND SATURDAY DELIVERIES ARE AVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR PRICES AND AVAILABILITY. THIS IS BECAUSE THE COURIER WILL COLLECT THE MEAT FROM US THE DAY BEFORE AND DELIVER ON A NEXT DAY BASIS SO UNFORTUNATELY IT MEANS NO MONDAY DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE.

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP TO UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES AND THE ISLE OF WIGHT AS OUR COURIER COMPANIES DO NOT OFFER NEXT DAY SERVICE TO ISLE OF MAN, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS OR NORTHERN IRELAND AT THE PRESENT TIME, THIS MAY BE AVAILABLE AT A FUTURE DATE AS THIS IS UNDER REGULAR REVIEW.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO SEND A MEAT HAMPER TO A RELATIVE PLEASE EMAIL OR TELEPHONE US FOR OPTIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED TO ENSURE YOU THE BUYER AND US THE SUPPLIER ARE COVERED BY YOUR CARD PROVIDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PAYPAL ONLY ALLOWS US TO DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THEIR CONFIRMATION EMAIL where payment is registered to also known as their "confirmed address" OR IF YOU AUTHORISE A SECONDARY ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER that they verify we could ship there if you select this when paying through paypal.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Tuesday - Friday delivery £17.  Should your order fit in our mini boxes upto 5KG weight currently charged at £10 we would refund the difference by the method you paid your order  OR issue you a voucher to the difference if you so wish. The delivery would be on the date agreed when confirming your order.  Unless you purchase an item from our pre selected multibuys where a weight is set our system is set to issue your refund once weight is calculated and box size calculated which means should your single items purchased weigh less than 4.8kg our system will automatically issue a refund based on difference to carriage paid on your order within 48 hours.

EXTRA SERVICES

Before 9AM deliveries are available as an option please request this by calling customer services, in the past we have found our normal delivery times from our selected partner carrier APC is usually before 11AM even if we do not request a time sensitive delivery slot.

Saturday delivery surcharge is calculated on weight and location starting from an aditional £10 upto 10kg's most steak orders and some of the meat packs are under this weight.  This needs to be processed by our staff manually as currently we can only deliver to 70% of our normal area on a Saturday so please call with your postcode for a quote.

We will email customers when shipments have left with the total number of packages to expect as we may use extra boxes to ensure added protection to the products ordered by the customer.

** AT SHOP COLLECTIONS **  PLEASE TELEPHONE THE SHOP WITH THE PRODUCT / PACK NAMES YOU REQUIRE

MULTIBUY PACKS WOULD NEED TO BE ORDERED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COLLECTION DATE AS THEY ARE CUT AND PACKED TO ORDER.  PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH OR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD WHEN COLLECTING FROM THE SHOP.
