INFORMATION COLLECTION

Any information stored electronically or hard copy relating to orders not limited to but including Name and Address, payment method including but not limited to (credit / debit card – PayPal – account etc NOT THE IDENIFYING NUMBERS just the method) IP’s number of the computer used when placing the order, copy packing note to orders. This will be for usage evaluation, product selection stocking levels or for reporting by the mana gement to allow the site to cater for future customers requests better.

An example of this would be – invoice no.xxxx paid PayPal IP 00.00.00.00.00 12 items purchased (3 beef – 3 pork – 1 multibuy – 3 bacon / gammon – 2 sausage) standard delivery selected. Only management would have access to this and the data would not leave the building and in line with our policy on personal data it would not be made available either freely or for monetary gain to any outside agent or company.

COOKIES

All parts of the site should be useable even with cookies disabled / blocked in a browser.

Any cookies we do use on the site will only be for monitoring of page usage and performance of the site only not for tracking personal information of the user.

INFORMATION USAGE

Any information held electronically or on hard copies will not be passed freely or for financial gain to any third party and will only be used in house to monitor performance of the website, sales trends of products, customer locations, payment types and feedback to enhance the service we offer to you the user by assessing whether there are other products / sizes you the user are asking for / services / additional payment methods or other details feedback is indicating you the user are asking for.

EMAIL

Should we at a later time wish to email mailshots – promotions or details of upcoming products we may send emails to past customers of the site. Anyone wishing not to be on the database will be removed should they email our customer service department on the address enclosed in the emails sent. This will take no more than 48 hours from requesting emails to stop until email is removed, but if emails are already cycled to be sent it may be the following email cycle from when you are deleted from the mailing list, once deleted your address would not be able to be added again for security as this will be added to a “blocked” list.

 As no time SHALL we pass freely or for financial gain any email addresses to third parties other than the courier company who are in the process of putting in place an automated email program to notify both you the buyer an approximate delivery time in certain areas and us the shipper to confirm delivery is made.
